​Pre-Entry Cut Off Date:  Monday prior to the show

Entries will be accepted after the post entry date. You will simply pay the $20 post entry fee.  You can still haul in and always enter at the show!

​FEES:

A stall cleaning fee of $30  will be added to the stall fee. 
The cleaning fee is refundable if you clean & sweep the stall when you leave
STALL FEE / DAY $90 inc cleaning fee NO OVERNIGHT

STALL FEE WEEKEND $125 inc cleaning fee (Fri thru Sun) 

POST STALL WEEKEND FEE $135 inc cleaning fee (Fri thru Sun) 

STALL CLEANING FEE  $30 REFUNDABLE IF YOU STRIP YOUR STALL

SHAVINGS  $15

**If you bring your own shavings you will now be required to pay a $20 haul out fee**

HAUL IN $25 /DAY /HORSE

OFFICE FEE $20

JUDGES FEE $20 (one time fee)

CLASS FEE  $25.00  No refunds on scratched classes

RV FEE w/POWER PER NITE  $35

DRY CAMPING $10 PER NITE

TRAIL EQUIPMENT FEE:  $15
To be applied to anyone signed up for a trail class or schooled on course

HIGH POINT CATEGORIES:

W/T YOUTH, W/T AMATEUR,  W/T GREEN HORSE,YOUTH, AMATEUR /NON PRO, SILVER AMATEUR, OPEN, GREEN HORSE, WALK/TROT PLUS

**You must declare what High Point you are running for.  You cannot run for a W/T and a W/T/C High Point.  You must pick one or the other

**High Points not picked up at the show will be forfeited

• GREEN HORSE- Open to horses who have not earned a maximum of 40 points in any recognized national association in their respective ranch horse class.  Green horses can ride walk/trot and walk/trot/lope green horse classes with no penalty.

• Schooling equipment is not allowed

• OPEN DIVISION:  Open division exhibitors can ride both Open walk/trot classes and loping classes with no penalty.  

• WALK TROT DIVISION: Open to Amateur and Youth exhibitors.  Exhibitors showing in those classes cannot ride any Loping classes

• WALK TROT PLUS DIVISION; this is a new division with WRHA!  An Amateur or Youth exhibitor can ride BOTH walk/trot PLUS classes & loping classes within their division.  They cannot ride the REGULAR walk/trot classes.  ​
